Un ristorante certificato “Conosci il tuo Pasto” si riconosce dalla presenza del Certificato valido per l’anno in corso rilasciato dall’Istituto Mediterraneo di Certificazione.
Il Certificato indica il numero di Galletti assegnati al ristorante. Il numero dei Galletti viene assegnato sulla base del punteggio risultante dal processo di valutazione. Il numero dei Galletti denota l’importanza dei prodotti di qualità identificata e certificata selezionati dal ristorante:

In a “Conosci il tuo pasto” certified restaurant you will find the annual certificate issued by the Mediterranean Institute of Certification.
The certificate indicates the number of Cockerels assigned to the restaurant. The number of Cockerels is given on the base of score obtained by the restaurant after the evaluation. The number of cockerels indicates the importance of the certified and identified quality products selected by the restaurant:
