Mentre mi dirigevo a prendere la Metro passando tra i vicoli di Smirne, il mio sguardo è caduto su un tavolo di un ristorante tipico, dove i commensali stavano allegramente cospargendo di maionese le tradizionali pide* appena sfornate.
