The "Know your meal" certified restaurant in Beirut Tawlet Souk El Tayeb hosted for a culinary experience the chef Rocco Felice of the Italian "Conosci il tuo pasto" certified Locanda Rio Chiaro of  Treia in the Marche region. Chef Rocco Felice spent four days with chef  Charbel and chef Mady and the women/ of the villages of Lebanon that daily cook traditional recipes for the Tawlet’s menu.
