The "Know your meal" certified restaurant in Beirut Tawlet Souk El Tayeb hosted for a culinary experience the chef Rocco Felice of the Italian "Conosci il tuo pasto" certified Locanda Rio Chiaro of  Treia in the Marche region.
Chef Rocco Felice spent four days with chef  Charbel and chef Mady and the women/ of the villages of Lebanon that daily cook traditional recipes for the Tawlet’s menu.
An open kitchen, organic and local  ingredients, baladi (traditional) products and preparations and  an amazing atmosphere where to learn the secrets of the traditional regional Lebanese cuisine and where to exchange food experiences and to share stories of products and producers....
