Three cockerels and three green leaves got Arca Restaurant located in Alba Adriatica, Teramo, Abruzzo region in Italy, that achieved the Conosci il tuo pasto certification with the highest scores.

Healthy, tasty and beautiful are the three rules that since ever have been representing Arca restaurant and the philosophy of its owners and chefs Massimiliano and Dalila Capretta. Arca proposes a natural cuisine that pays attention to cooking techniques, light and healthy food preparations and meticulous selection of the ingredients, mainly traditional from local organic farming. Bread, pasta, dessert and patisserie are all homemade.

The restaurant has a welcoming dining room with 12 tables with open kitchen and an outdoor.
