La Nuova Guida  Conosci il tuo pasto 2013 è online!  Quest'anno abbiamo lavorato affinché la Guida uscisse prima delle feste 2012, un lavoro che comporta per noi uno sforzo dovuto ai tempi dati dagli audit presso i ristoranti (minimo 2 all'anno), le valutazioni, il rilascio del certificato annuale ... La Guida si chiama Ristoranti & Food Conosci il tuo pasto 2013,  il logo ha subito un piccolo restyling,  l'edizione è sempre italiano e inglese.  Abbiamo deciso di rinnovare il concept della Guida rendendola di più veloce consultazione e ottimizzata anche per I Phone di modo che possa essere sempre a portata di mano. Accessibile anche in viaggio! Abbiamo pensato di creare una mappa più ampia che includa accanto al circuito dei  ristoranti certificati Conosci il tuo pasto 2013 che con impegno portano quotidianamente  avanti il progetto, anche le gelaterie dove gustarsi un biogelato e per chi vuole acquistare prodotti biologici e del territorio i punti vendita certificati” Infine vederete una sezione con l'ovetto, che si chiama "saranno galletti"? e sono quei ristoranti che sono in fase di certificazione o che sono stati  proposti (candidati attraverso blog  e mail) e possono durante l'anno scegliere se diventare ristoranti col galletto! E naturalmente ci auguriamo possano esserlo presto! Detto questo per chi non avesse ancora scelto dove trascorrere le festività natalizie o il Capodanno può dare una sbirciatina alla Guida !!!   Fatemi sapere che ne pensate, lasciatemi i vostri  commenti e suggerimenti e se visitate un ristorante certificato...mandate la vostra recensione sarà molto importante!!! Here we are, the new 2013 Conosci il tuo pasto  Guide is now online! This year we have worked a lot in order to get it ready before the festivities! An the guide in Italian and English is finally online!   The new Guida Ristoranti & Food Conosci il tuo pasto 2013, a slight restyling of the logo, this year we decided to refresh the Guide concept to consent a faster consultation and to make it available for I Phone so that it would be at one’s fingertips all the time, even while travelling. We created a wider map; in fact, besides all the certified restaurants of the circuit Conosci il tuo pasto, that daily commit themselves to carry on the project, we listed also ice cream parlours where to taste an organic ice cream and  shops for those who like to buy organic and local products, certified by the Istituto Mediterraneo di Certificazione (IMC) Moreovere there is an additional section: “soon cockerel?” that includes those restaurants that are in process of certification or became candidate through the blog or e- mail and can choose to be certified during the year...
