Tawlet Souk El Tayeb, a restaurant in the up-and-coming area of Mar Mikhael, Beirut, that offers a Lebanese regional cuisine that changes everyday, because its dishes are made by the farmers’ wives and mothers of the neighbouring villages who propose their “home” recipes! La Table de Joseph, an outdoor restaurant that serves traditional dishes made with ingredients that come from the organic farm Biomass, near Batroun, Mount Lebanon. Obox, a gastronomic stand in the Central District of Beirut inside the supermarket TSC Signature: delicious sandwiches and wraps and daily meals for a tasty and light lunch break. Le Petit Gris, bistro, that serves a creative French cuisine with organic products and daily fresh fish in Gmmeyzeh, Beirut. Cow and Apple, a modern place in Hamra street, Beirut with a menu that proposes, among its meat specialties, hamburgers made with local beef prepared in the butcher shop of the restaurant, accompanied by fresh organic salads
During the event tasting of the organic Lebanese products with the farmers and of the special dishes prepared by the chefs of certified restaurants with live cooking show!
The initiative is a preview of the event of the presentation of the new Guide to the “Conosci il tuo pasto” certified restaurants that will be presented on April 16th in Senigallia (AN) Italy.
